How to purchase a gift card In-store
You can purchase a gift card in any Just Jeans store for any value between $5 and $1,000. Cards are active once your purchase has been completed through the point of sale in-store. You cannot purchase a gift card as part of a lay-by sale.
Gift card value cannot be reloaded.
How to purchase a gift card On-line
Just click the Gift Voucher link at the top of your page and select the denomination you wish to purchase. Once you have added the gift card to your shopping bag, proceed through to the checkout, inform us of the lucky recipient's details and the gift card will be posted within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery of the gift card is free!
You can purchase items from within our on-line store and combine a gift card with the purchase. The items in your order will be sent to you and each gift card will be sent out individually to the recipient of your choice at no cost.
Purchasing with your gift card online
To use your gift card to make a purchase online, just select the Gift Card box on the payment page and enter the card number and 4 digit code located under the scratch panel. The amount of your order will then be deducted from your card and any remaining amount will stay on your card for future use. You can also combine your gift card with a credit card to make an online purchase.
You can use your gift card as many times as you want until the balance reaches zero.
We will not refund cash for any unused gift card amount.
Gift card balance and transaction history
You can view your Gift Card Balance online at any time
You can either check the Balance of your Card online or in-store. Every time you make a purchase in-store the receipt will show you the previous balance, transaction value and remaining balance. You can check your Transaction History online or by contacting us - in Australia call 1800 229 688 and in New Zealand call 0800 023 522.
Neither The Just Group, nor the provider of the data, represents or guarantees, or accepts any liability whatsoever in respect of, the accuracy, currency or completeness of the gift card information. Just Group does not accept any liability for any delays, interruptions, errors, or omissions, however occurring (including as a result of negligence) in the collecting, recording, processing, storing or dissemination of this information.
Gift card expiry
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date can be found on your receipt, on the back of the gift card or online.
Lost and stolen gift cards
Treat your gift card like cash. Lost and stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

This gift card ("card") is issued by Just Jeans PTY LTD ("Just Jeans") ABN 53 100 379 226. A defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This card once activated is: redeemable for merchandise at Just Jeans stores in Australia and Just Jeans online; not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument; valid until the earlier of the expiry date shown on the card (being one year from date of issue) or when no amount remains on the card; not able to be reloaded; partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused amount. Any unused amount after the expiry date of this card will not be refunded or credited.

This gift card ("card") is issued by Kimbyr Investments Limited, Company Number 205268 trading as Just Jeans. A defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This card once activated is: redeemable for merchandise at Just Jeans stores in New Zealand and Just Jeans online; not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument; valid until the earlier of the expiry date shown on the card (being one year from date of issue) or when no amount remains on the card; not able to be reloaded; partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused amount. Any unused amount after the expiry date of this card will not be refunded or credited.

E-Gift Vouchers
You can purchase Just Jeans E-Gift vouchers for your friends & family for use in the online store.
E-Gift vouchers are sent electronically to the recipients email address and are redeemed by using the code contained in the email.
To purchase vouchers online, simply head to the Gift Voucher tab at the bottom of your page, select E-Gift voucher choose a denomination and add one to your shopping bag. When you 'checkout' to pay for the voucher, you will be asked to enter the recipient's e-mail address, name and a short message (max 250 characters). The e-mail containing the E-Gift voucher will be sent after the payment process is completed. You can also combine an order of clothing for yourself while sending a gift voucher/s to others. The voucher/s is sent by e-mail to the recipient and the order of clothing is sent to you - easy!!!
E-Gift vouchers can be redeemed through the Just Jeans online store at any time using the secret code contained in the E-Gift voucher email. They can also be redeemed when placing a phone order and the secret code must be provided at the time of payment to your phone operator.
You are not required to use the total amount of the E-Gift voucher at one time, and can use a portion of the E-Gift voucher on one online order and the remaining amount is kept in our system for when you want to use it on another order. You may also split the order amount by paying with a credit card as well as your voucher.
