We deliver via Australian air Express(AaE) and a signature is required upon delivery. For this reason, we recommend you specify a work address or Post Office box address.
If your delivery is to a private address and no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be either left at a secure spot at premises, or redirected to the nearest Post Office. For Regional deliveries redirections will be made to the local AaE depot or Post Office (whichever is closest). If the parcel is redirected to an AaE depot, you can organise collection or redelivery, however if your order is delivered to a Post Office it must be collected.
Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock, delivery will take up to 3-7 working days for delivery within Australia.
Australian Island Residents 5-10 working days

We deliver by Courier Post daily and your signature is required on delivery, therefore we recommend you specify a work address if more convenient. If no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be redirected to the nearest Courier Post depot. The courier will leave a card with a number on it for you to organize re-delivery.
All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.

Our parcels are despatched via a combination of Air Mail and normal surface mail. Final delivery is completed by a courier so a signature is required. Therefore, we recommend a work address (please include full business name, receivers name and other relevant details). If no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be re-directed to the nearest post office. For international deliveries, we do deliver to Post Office Boxes. For orders outside of Australia we allow up to 20 working days. On occasion, some shipments may take longer than 20 business days. This will depend on the postal services in your area.
All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store Do Not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur.
Please Note: To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

Australian residents
You can easily track the progress of your current order, or search previous orders for past styles and colours purchased. Simply log into your account, select Order Tracking and enter your order number. Click the order number link to be taken to specific information relating to that order, including the status of your order and consignment numbers to help you track your order.
To track or trace your order, just click on the consignment number listed and you will be directed to the Australian Air Express website page with the details and location of your parcel displayed. Alternatively, visit www.aae.com.au and enter your consignment number in to the track and trace page.
Please note you can only begin to track your order after it has been despatched. Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email from Just Jeans containing your consignment tracking number.
New Zealand and Overseas residents
You are unable to track your order online using the consignment number specified, for more information on your order please Contact Us.
Missing parcels
Just Jeans prides itself on the speedy delivery of your order, however should your order fail to arrive, please Contact Us, or call us on 1800 001 185. For prompt attention to your query, please mention that you bought the goods from our online store and have your order number ready.
Important Information
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers are available until stocks sell out.
We Reserve the Right:
- to cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
