How to shop Online

Browsing products

To place an order online all you need to do is browse through our product departments and add items to your shopping bag. To add an item to your shopping bag, simply select the colour and size you require from the drop down box, enter the desired quantity and then click Add to Bag. Once you have finished browsing and wish to purchase your items simply click Shopping Bag which always appears on the top right hand corner of each page.

My Account

To login, enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot password? and enter your email address and first name, this will reset your password and a new one will be sent to your email account. From your account page you will be able to view and update your details, access your shopping bag, modify your password, and unsubscribe from email updates. You must be logged into your account to shop online.

My Shopping Bag

To view the contents of your shopping bag simply click My Shopping Bag which appears at the top right corner of each page at all times. You can also access your shopping bag through your account page after you have logged in. From here you can choose to remove or edit quantities of products or proceed through to the checkout.

Promotional codes, which may be sent to you via email need to be keyed into the Promotion Code field found in the left hand corner of the shopping bag to be valid.

Checkout

Once you have confirmed the contents of your shopping bag you may then proceed through to the checkout. You may also change your delivery details or choose to send your order as a gift.

You will need to login to your account to continue through the checkout process and place your order.

Sending gifts

You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would use to place an order for yourself. When you enter the checkout all you need to do is replace your default address details with the recipient's information. The goods will be delivered to the specified address without affecting your default details for future orders.

You must indicate that the order is a gift by clicking the box provided. We will send the receipt with the goods to the lucky person without the prices shown. If you like, you can add a message to go with your gift (max 250 characters) and it will be printed on the receipt contained in the parcel.

We do require a contact name; phone number and address of the gift recipient, in case there are problems during delivery. Only under extreme circumstances would we contact the recipient, as we know in most cases the parcel is a surprise present.

Stock Availability

New styles are placed onto the site every week! Our aim is to bring you all the latest Just Jeans styles available to purchase through our online store. You have to be fast because if the item you are looking for is out of stock we cannot guarantee that we will get more delivered. We give you the option of ordering stock through phone or email if your size or colour is sold out. Simply call our customer service line or email us and ask.

Product search

You can use the Search Field at the top of the page to search for specific products using the name, description or line number. You can also search for all products within a category or colour by entering less specific keywords. All the products which match the key words you are searching for will be displayed on the page by its relevant category and you can choose to refine your search or click on a product to view more details.

Just Shop Loyalty card

Just Jeans online is unable to update points to your Just Shop card, instead we offer all Just Shop members a 5% discount on every purchase made through our online store. To be eligible for this discount, please ensure that you enter your Just-Shop card number when you register. If you are already a Just Jeans member, you can update your details to include your Just Shop card number by logging into your account and selecting Update Details. Please note - Just Shop promotions, instant prizes and points are not applicable through our online store.
